Institutional investments can be structured as either variable or fixed debt or as an equity investment. We offer access to long term institutional relationships who take equity positions and participate in the projects profits. We also offer access to preferred equity, variable rate debt obligation structures and straight mezzanine debt, which can be more expensive financing, as there is no profit participation. Institutional Projects start at $10 million for variable rate projects, with a higher minimum range for preferred and straight debt. We also offer access to asset backed securitization loans with warehouse lines starting at $75 million.
